At Silverhill, we love nothing more than celebrating our fantastic children’s achievements.
Merit Assemblies
Fortnightly, we hold our Merit assemblies. Children are rewarded for demonstrating and living by our SPIRIT values. To promote the British Value of democracy will also allow children to vote for their classmates, explaining why they are worthy of the prestigious Merit award.
Parents are invited into our special merit assembly to share in their child’s success. Photos are taken at the end of the assembly and shared via Class Dojo, on our Merit Assembly display and via our screen in the school entrance.
Due to the special nature of these awards each successful child also receives a white House Point token which is equivalent to 5 house points
